Diving operations manager - Singapore based

Working with a subsea/offshore services provider here in Singapore I am seeking a diving operations manager who also has experience of ROV ops as well. Appreciative that this is an ROV forum, but chancing my luck, I am seeking a candidate ideally with experience of managing sat diving operations and a small number of ROVs. Regional experience is desired but not essential. My client offers a EPCI solution for projects valuing around US$20million traditionally focused in SURF projects. With anywhere between 50-200 staff offshore dependent on the projects, management of similar sized teams is desired.
