Major Faults found in the ROV

Hello Everybody, I specialist in Instrumentation and control and will be having a levy soon, just wanted to general ask some questions relating to the ROV world:

1) Which is the most modified engineering tool to model ROV for fault detection and isolation (Matlab/simulink).

2) Apart from Thrusters which are common faults in the ROV which other sensor systems are installed for FDI (fault detection & isolation) issues.

3) Will the MTCS be an ideal training center for learning.
