I would say depreciation would be more than 10% per anum.

Many companies write off their equipment over a 6 year period.

Any idea what she is doing here? Or who she is going to be working for?

Is she going to be in the North Sea for the season or just in these parts for a dry dock or such like?

What James Said is very correct, also the model of bike that you Had choose I think is coming in 4 different frame size (S-M-L-XL) The correct frame size depend from your high and weight, for example in my case I am 1.85 for over 90 kilos I am comfortable with a frame 53 approximately equal to a XL.

Hi mate, im awaiting the online test as well so can't help you with the skype other than by saying make sure you have a good internet signal and be confident. Also have a copy of your cv to hand incase they ask you questions about it. How did you find the online test?

Hi Red, Congrats and many happy "Returns". Anything can be claimed as a deduction or tax credit on a US tax return. The returns will be processed and all is fine until the day that the IRS has reason to question an item claimed in a particular year. They can go back several years under the statute of limitation. When and if the agency requires an audit it is best to have the documentation which will prove that the taxing authority mentioned in the return as paid has indeed received the listed funds.

One way to test this theory and guarantee an audit is to list “Tea Party” as a line item under Charitable Contribution Recipients on your US Income Tax form 1040. Should your return survive the ensuing scrutiny it will be bullet proof.

Just after some information about assessment centre for subsea7. Has anyone attended this before or something similar, I have been invited to attend at the beginning of march. I have an idea that it will be about the various disciplines required. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The domain sersgroup.com under your registrar is legally owned by SERS Pte Ltd and the current registered owner xxx was an ex-employee of ours who worked as free-lance consultant. During his employment, he was assigned to set up and run the company website sersgroup.com and all the website-related expenses were paid by SERS.

www.sersgroup.com is the property of SERS Pte Ltd and xxx failed to set the site up after one year so SERS decided to purchase another domain sersgroup.net. Now xxx has left the company and we are taking legal action against him to retrieve all the assets he purchased abusing SERS’s fund, including all the equipment, hardware, computers, vehicle in his South Africa factory and the factory deposit/rental.

Recently to our surprise, the company website sersgroup.com is being directed to Ezze Marine, a business owned by xxx without SERS’s authorisation. This is a violation to our ownership and fraudulent activity. There are patent lawyers around that can assist with getting the patent process rolling. Call one up and have a chat as they often offer a free initial consultation.

We've had our fair share of 'mud.slingin' on here over the years

Food for thought though.....
ROVworld.com was first online in 2000. The first static pages were uploaded when were based in Ao-Nang, Thailand. Yep! The site is 14 years old
We ran with static pages and a separate discussion forum for the first 3 years.
In 2003 ROVworld started using a CMS (Content Management System)
FB was launched in Feb 2004 when ROVworld was 4 years old.
The language of this site is English. No doubt about that.

FB owners could shut down the FB ROV group right off the bat and make it disappear. Sadly the administrator could do nothing about it as they do n ot own the FB ROV group (FB Inc. does) Not anything I would wish on the group administrator, but it is an inherent weakness of using a public site funded by a large corporation.

Needless to say, 14 years down the line the long term survival of ROVworld.com has been secured and life will go on as usual, no matter what happens to Facebook

I wonder if I'll be posting on here at the time of ROVworld's 20th birthday?

Thank you for recommendations, but before writing a post, I've read all the topics about Seaeye vs Sub-Atlantics. I've found a couple of great advices for me, but got those new questions above.

Obs ROV is for seabed survey.
Offshore.
Depths 0-1500m (may be 2000m).
Couldn't say about currents.
Locations are Baltic Sea, North Sea, Norway Sea, Barents Sea.
Of course weather will be (spring, summer) as best as it possibly can (0-2m wave high).
